ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE/FULL PROFESSOR OF MARKETING

The department of Marketing of School of Management and Economics at Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) invites applications for full-time faculty position (tenure or tenure-track) in the fields of consumer behavior, digital marketing, and marketing strategy, starting from 2022-2023 academic year. Considering the increasing level of internationalization in the degree programs, academic research, and student composition, the School of Management and Economics at BIT welcomes foreign applicants to join the marketing department.

Required Qualifications:

• Applicants must have or expect to have a doctorate degree in Marketing or related fields from an AACSB or EQUIS accredited institutions before July 2022.
• Evidence of the ability/potential to develop and conduct research aimed toward top-tier marketing journals

• Evidence of the potential for developing and delivering high-quality teaching

SALARY AND BENEFITS INFORMATION:
BIT provides competitive compensation packages, including research funds, housing allowances, international airfare stipend, plus standard fringe benefits. The compensation is negotiable and is contingent on candidate’s capacity.
