Position SummaryMorehouse College’s Division of Business and Economics (BE) is seeking applications for a full-time non-tenure-track Visiting Assistant/Associate Professor in Marketing & Sales. The individual selected will work with the Division Chair and Associate Chair for marketing to coordinate activities related to the Sales Minor program. Responsibilities will include a 3/4 course workload and service to the BE Division.

Required QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
* A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline from a full-time and accredited institution.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Preferred Qualifications: a research-based Ph.D. degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline from a full-time, AACSB-accredited institution.
• Practical experience in professional and consultative selling (B2B) is required.
• Successful candidates should conduct research and submit for academic conferences and journals.
• Successful applicants MUST demonstrate strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, as well as strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

• Teach a load of 3/4, which may include Principles of Marketing, Buyer Behavior, and other marketing electives.
• Support the activities of the marketing department and sales minor program, which include assisting in planning and hosting marketing students, group events, sales events, and other events at Morehouse College.
