Research Position – POST-DOC (F/H)

Within the Faculty of Pedagogy and Research and as part of the ANR METAVATION project we are looking for a researcher (post doctorate) for a contract of a minimum of 18 months.
The candidate will be part of an international team dedicated to the study of the co-evolution of emerging markets in a Metaverse context, based on qualitative and quantitative research. Work in emerging markets includes activities undertaken by firms to legitimize a new market, as well as to create and capture value in that market.
The candidate will also contribute to the advancement of a longitudinal study in the context of Nascent Market Work and the development of an instrument to measure Market Driving activities in the field of Metaverse/Mixed Reality Devices.
KEY TASKS
- Conduct interviews with decision-makers in the industry (company manager, marketing manager, etc.)
- Transcribe and code interviews using Atlas.ti software
- Contribute to conceptualizing publications in academic journals with databases collected and analyzed
- Present results at national and international conferences
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- PhD in marketing, technology management or innovation management
OPERATIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS/ HARD SKILLS
- Perfect command of the English (and French) language
