We are currently seeking applications for a Research Fellow in Behavioural
and Experimental Economics to work on a research project on the evolution
of strategic thinking with Prof. Sibilla Di Guida, at IMT School for
Advanced Studies (Lucca, Italy).

The goal of this project is to investigate the development of strategic
thinking, with a focus on the following topics: 1) unpack the process of
collection, elaboration, and exploitation of information, in interactive
contexts and with different partners, and how this process relates to the
enhancement of strategic thinking; 2) study the mechanism behind the
process of mutual adaptation in interactive settings; 3) forecast strategic
behavior based on the pattern of information acquisition.

Data in the project will be collected experimentally using on-line,
lab-based, and eye-tracking data.

The successful candidate will join a team composed of researchers from IMT
and University Milano Bicocca.
The candidate is expected to contribute to every aspect of the research,
from the experimental design to the drafting of the article, but especially
in the programming of the experimental software and in data analysis.
Good knowledge of parametric and nonparametric statistic, econometric
analysis, and programming is expected. Experience with machine learning
techniques is a plus. Proficient knowledge of English is required. Holding
a PhD is a preferred condition, but not required.
