The University of Montevallo (UM) invites nominations and applications for a fulltime, tenure-track assistant professor faculty position in marketing, beginning in August 2024. A Ph.D. or DBA in marketing from an AACSB International accredited institution is required but ABD status doctoral candidates will be considered.

Candidates who possess marketing experience or hold certifications in the field will be given special consideration. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and MBA levels. The desired candidate will have experience in teaching courses in sales marketing and general marketing. The successful candidate will be a dedicated teacher, active scholar, and effective mentor for students with diverse backgrounds, preparation and career goals.
