Position Summary
The Morehouse College’s Division of Business and Economics (BE) is seeking applicants for a full-time tenure-track position as an Assistant/Associate Professor in Marketing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Professional Selling and/or Customer Relationship Management. The selected individual will collaborate with the Department Chair of Business Administration and the Associate Chair for Marketing to oversee the Sales Minor program and teach courses in sales and marketing concentration. The role entails a 3/3 course workload and service to the BE Division.

Required Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. in Business, Marketing or related discipline from a full-time, accredited institution.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Ph.D. degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a full-time, AACSB-accredited institution with a research-based background. Experience in professional and consultative selling (B2B) is highly preferred.
Additionally, candidates should have an active research portfolio in marketing, with a focus on professional sales and CRM being preferred or desired. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential requirements for this role.
The position is for Assistant/Associate Professor rank.
