Tenure-track faculty position (open-rank; TBA) through the Race, Inclusion and Social Equity (RAISE) initiative. Candidates should have research and teaching interests on the general topic of racial disparities in business-related areas including economic opportunity, access to capital, employment, career advancement, and entrepreneurship. The holders of these positions will join a scholarly community – the newly created Fisher DEI Business Research Initiative – that spans all academic units within the college and that has an ultimate aim of reducing opportunity gaps for members of under-represented groups and minority-owned business enterprises. A PhD in business and/or related field is required (near completed PhD students are welcome to apply), along with evidence of an ability to conduct high quality research.
