The Department of Marketing at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University, invites applications for a full-time, Tenure-Track position with a 9-month academic appointment beginning Fall of 2024. Applicants will be considered for the faculty title of Assistant Professor.

The successful candidate is expected to be committed to teaching and research of the highest quality.  In addition to publishing in leading marketing journals, the successful candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses, participate in all aspects of the department’s activities, and serve the profession. Special consideration will be given to candidates whose research focuses on areas of inquiry that have relevance to retailing.

The Mays Business School and our department offer an excellent research environment, with a collegial culture, productive faculty colleagues, access to key databases, a state-of-the-art behavioral research lab, a teaching load of three courses per year (which continues after tenure for highly productive faculty), and relationships with world-class research faculty in related disciplines. Housed within the Department is the Center for Retailing Studies and the Reynolds and Reynolds Sales Leadership Institute; exciting opportunities exist for collaboration with member companies. Qualifications
Applicants for this position must possess a PhD in Marketing or a related field or be expected to earn one by August 2024.
