Position Summary Information


Marketing Division:
The Marketing Division at Babson College seeks applications for the F.W. Olin Distinguished Chair of Global Business position. Because this is an endowed chair position, candidates should be senior associates or full professors currently. Qualified applicants must have a PhD in Marketing (or related field), as well as:

  • Evidence of a rigorous program of high-quality research, particularly in the area of global business,
  • The ability and willingness to support and engage in the Graduate School’s teaching and curriculum innovation in global business,
  • A demonstrated record of effectiveness and willingness to contribute to a collegial and team-work environment.

Please include a cover letter, curriculum vitae, statement of teaching philosophy, and a brief overview of your research and scholarly agenda. At least 2 recommendation letters will be requested from candidates contacted for an initial interview. (You can provide this contact information with your initial application or at a later stage.) Initial interviews will be conducted virtually via WebEx or at the AMA Summer Educators’ Conference. The position start date will be August 15, 2024.
