Salary Grade H3 from: £43,253 to £46,922 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £55,349 per annum inclusive of London Weighting – pro rata if part-time.

As an AMBA, AACSB, PRME and Small Business Charter accredited business school we are seeking to recruit an outstanding individual for the role of Lecturer in Marketing (Teaching and Research) to enable the School to achieve its goals and vision.

The Marketing Division is an intellectually stimulating, creative and research-driven Division that combines expertise in the areas of Consumer Behaviour, Corporate Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing Innovation, ICT, Heritage Branding, Well Being, and Sustainability. This division is also home to the Marketing and Corporate Brand Management Research Group, which has an international reputation in its key areas of research. Its members have published in numerous 3 and 4 star journals, and have won research funding from bodies such as EU, British Academy Leverhulme Trust, ESRC, and others.

We would like to hear from applicants with a relevant PhD in marketing, particularly with a background in either digital marketing, creative industries, business to business marketing, or ethical marketing and sustainability, along with evidence of research outputs through a track record of high-quality publications, ideally at a minimum ABS 3* level (or equivalent standing) and/or research grant income. You will have excellent potential leadership skills and clear plans for current and future research together with experience of teaching in any area of marketing, and particularly within those specialised marketing areas listed above. You will also demonstrate a robust interest in innovative approaches to teaching and be expected to provide research support (as appropriate) and mentoring to others in the group.
