About the position
 

The Goodman School of Business, Brock University invites applications for one tenure-track position at any rank (Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Full Professor in Marketing), starting July 1st, 2023. The priority specializations for this position are: Marketing Strategy, Marketing Modeling and Analytics, Digital Marketing, B2B Marketing, and/or Sales Management. Regardless of specialization, however, preference will be given to those who have demonstrated potential for or exhibited a track record of conducting high quality research and teaching. The availability of this position is subject to final budgetary approval.

Qualifications
 

The GSB seeks applicants with a strong commitment to excellence in scholarly research and teaching in the field of Marketing. The position entails developing and sustaining high-quality teaching and learning environments for students and conducting rigorous academic research with relevance to a managerial audience. It is expected that applicants have potential to publish or a track record of publishing in top-tier marketing and related business journals. Position level and salary are commensurate with the applicants’ qualifications. A doctoral degree in Marketing, Management or Business Administration with a marketing concentration is required (completed or near completion).

About the Department of Marketing, International Business and Strategy (MIBS)
 

The Department of MIBS has 19 full-time faculty members and is one of four departments in the Goodman School of Business, which has approximately 100 full-time members. We offer graduate and undergraduate programs with marketing streams, both research and professionally oriented including: Master of Science in Marketing, Master of Business Administration with a Marketing Specialization, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with an optional Marketing stream.

The Goodman School of Business, named for respected business leader Ned Goodman, is AACSB accredited and offers graduate and undergraduate programs in business and accounting, with over 3500 students enrolled.
