Crummer is a small, mission-centric business school. The mission of the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins is to develop global business leaders and innovators through a high-quality, integrated, experiential education that prepares graduates to add significant value to their organizations and communities. The Crummer School only hires experienced faculty with established teaching and research records; our current faculty includes many award-winning graduate teachers. We especially value individuals who also bring managerial industry experience as part of their background. Crummer does not have departments; we operate as a faculty of the whole. This model lends itself exceptionally well to a level of nimbleness in innovation that is rarely seen in academe, and also to a cross-disciplinary approach in the classroom and in research collaboration. Class sizes are small and faculty build close professional relationships with our students.

Crummer’s Center for Advanced Entrepreneurship (CFAE) bridges educational endeavors with the Central Florida entrepreneurial community. Distinguishing aspects of the graduate entrepreneurship program at Crummer include interactions with students, faculty, and industry as well as social entrepreneurs through CFAE innovative initiatives including the Crummer Venture Plan Competition, Entrepreneurial Scholar of Distinction, ATHENAPowerlink, CEONexus, Growth Series, and the Integrated Capstone Experience (ICE) (i.e., commercializing NASA technology as well as domestic and international consulting). Click here for more information on Crummer’s industry-driven curricular and co-curricular entrepreneurial programming.
