Job Summary:
The School of Management at the University of San Francisco is accepting applicants for TWO one-year fixed term faculty positions in the Department of Marketing. 

The business world is in a time of great change, with the business intelligence revolution driving the transformation of all aspects of business. The Marketing Department seeks an individual excited about teaching undergraduate and graduate business students and being an active part of a dynamic community of teachers and scholars. A colleague with leadership skills who is interested in helping us grow and develop innovative programs to serve the University and the broader community is preferred.

Full Job Description:

Teaching: Candidates must have experience in teaching excellence along with a desire to work in a collaborative setting. Skills in teaching quantitative methods, marketing intelligence, multicultural marketing, consumer behavior, brand management, ethics, and general marketing are preferred. As a full-time Term Faculty, your beginning workload is between 12 and 16 credits per semester depending on service activities.

Business Context: It is essential that the candidate be socialized to business and have a strong understanding of how research methods and analyses are used to create and communicate actionable marketing intelligence insight to drive business outcomes. We prefer candidates with relevant work experience and/or research directly related to the practice of marketing. The ideal candidate will be motivated to participate in courses and programs that are closely aligned with current and emerging business trends.

Requirements for Position:
Education: Masters or Ph.D. degree in a field related to the area of the teaching assignments. The individual is expected to maintain both currency and relevancy as an instructor by engaging in or contributing to practice or other forms of professional engagement on a regular basis.
