Description

The Department of Marketing & Supply Chain Management in the Fogelman College of Business & Economics is seeking a tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor in Marketing effective fall 2023, pending available funding. The primary teaching responsibilities for this position will include in-person and online sections of undergraduate and graduate marketing strategy, consumer behavior or marketing communications courses. Additional teaching responsibilities may include advanced marketing seminars in our Ph.D. program. The faculty member is expected to maintain a stream of quality research, participate in departmental activities, and fulfill professional and university service responsibilities.

Qualifications

A Ph.D. in Marketing or a related discipline from an AACSB-accredited college of business is required. Effective college teaching experience, a commitment to teaching excellence, and evidence of strong research potential are required for Assistant Professor.

Compensation

This is an academic-year appointment and offers competitive compensation, summer research support, and an attractive benefits program, depending on qualifications.

The Fogelman College of Business & Economics has become a leading business school in the Southeast. Globalization is a strategic emphasis of the College.
