Full Time Tenure-track Positions

The Department of Marketing at the NUS Business School invites applications for tenure- track faculty positions at the assistant professor level in Marketing, with a starting date of July 2023. In this recruiting cycle, we are primarily looking for empirical modelers (economics- or computer science- or statistics-based) and consumer behavior researchers with PhDs in marketing or related disciplines from leading institutions. Candidates who have already completed their PhD, or will do so before July 2023, are encouraged to apply.

The NUS Business School has extensive academic and industry links globally, and is particularly strong within the Asia-Pacific region. The faculty members of the Marketing Department publish regularly in the top Business and Marketing journals (e.g., Journal of Marketing ResearchJournal of Consumer Research, Marketing Science, Management Science), and beyond (e.g., ScienceProceedings of the National Academy of SciencesPsychological Science) and also serve on the editorial boards of many of these journals. Our most recent hires at the assistant professor level are Martina Pocchiari (PhD Erasmus), Michael Thomas (PhD U Chicago), and Yuting Zhu (PhD MIT).

Our remuneration package is internationally competitive, and the Department offers generous research support and a flexible teaching load. The Department has an active research seminar series and an established doctoral program.
