The Business and Management Program at Wheaton College (MA) invites applicants for a full-time, tenure track Assistant Professor with the ability to teach introductory and special topic marketing courses as well as a departmental statistics course and marketing analytics beginning Fall 2022. The Business and Management Program (Business & Mgmt Program) consists of seven full-time faculty in a diverse range of specialty areas including Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Management, Human Resources, and Social Entrepreneurship. This successful candidate will share our commitment to integrating the Business and Management Major within a broad, interdisciplinary liberal arts education and contribute in the continuing development of a vibrant, growing business program with an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative culture.

Minimum QualificationsA Ph.D. or DBA in a marketing or a related field is required, with a completion data by August 15, 2022.The teaching load is five classes per year (a 3-2 or 2-3 load), with the additional expectations of relevant scholarly production, academic advising, and active participation in the Wheaton community.

Preferred QualificationsExperience teaching introductory marketing, marketing analytics and/or marketing research, and other special topics in marketing (such as consumer behavior, advertising, digital marketing, etc.).
