Investing in future growth, NEOMA Business School is seeking to hire multiple full-time, permanent/tenured faculty members in Marketing, to work at our three campuses in France – Reims (capital of the Champagne region), Rouen (capital of the Normandy region), and Paris. This is a fantastic time for research-oriented scholars to join NEOMA. We have just launched four new, multidisciplinary research areas – the Areas of Excellence – that will catalyze research about timely topics for business and society: The Future of Work, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, & Business, The World We Want (focusing on the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals), and The Complexity Advantage (focusing on complexity as an opportunity to understand and leverage rather than a threat). The Areas will provide both resources and aggregation points to our faculty members working on related topics, and will act as catalyzers for visiting scholars who are globally recognized experts on such themes. Consequently, while we will carefully consider all high-quality applicants, applications from candidates with expertise within one or more of these four Areas are particularly welcomed.

In addition to the resources available through the Areas, we provide individual-level research support, including – among other things – an individual annual budget for conference travel and other research expenses, assistance in conducting studies in our two experimental behavioral labs, and support in applying for external funding and grants.

The compensation package is consistent with international standards of high-quality business schools in Europe. We also provide support for administrative procedures related to settlement in France, assistance in finding accommodation, help with family integration (school registration for children, help with job search for your partner), French training (for you and your partner), and relocation expenses.

  • Hold a PhD degree from an internationally recognized institution (or are close to completing it)
  • Have a publication record (or strong publication potential) in top international peer-reviewed journals
  • Are passionate about impactful research and are committed to excellence in its pursuit
  • Are eager to diffuse their knowledge in the classroom, empowering our students and executives withnew insights to help them navigate a complex and uncertain world

  • Are fluent in spoken and written English (while it is a plus, prior knowledge of French is not required)
