The Department of Marketing in the College of Business at Florida Atlantic University seeks a non-tenure-track Instructor of Marketing for employment starting Fall 2022.

Responsibilities:  The successful candidate will teach marketing in both undergraduate and graduate programs, including MBA and executive education programs; maintain an active program of research and publication; and will participate in appropriate service to the department, college, university, community, and profession. Emphasis will be placed on excellence in teaching, especially at the graduate and executive level.

Minimum Qualifications:Required:
Qualified candidates are required to have earned a doctorate in marketing or a related field by the effective date of employment.

Candidates must be committed to the production and publication of scholarly research at a level sufficient to earn and maintain AACSB “Scholarly Academic” qualification.

Applicants must have a demonstrated record of excellence in teaching at an AACSB-accredited university.

Preferred:
Experience in teaching in graduate and/or executive programs.

Certification and/or experience teaching in fully online and/or hybrid delivery platforms.

Experience in or expertise relevant to teaching in the areas of marketing management/strategy, marketing analytics, social/digital marketing, sales and sales management, and international/global marketing are preferred, but all areas of teaching experience will be considered.

A demonstrated record of acceptances or publications in peer-reviewed academic journals – any area of research relevant to marketing will be considered.
