The Department of Marketing at the Robert H. Smith School of Business,
University of Maryland, College Park seeks to hire one faculty member at
the assistant professor level to begin in Fall 2022. The successful
applicant will be expected to conduct top-level scholarly research, deliver
high-quality teaching, and perform service. The position will be expected
to teach courses to undergraduate, MBA, MS, and Ph.D. students.

*Minimum Qualifications: *Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree or are
expected to receive one within a year after starting the job.  Beginning
Assistant Professor candidates should have outstanding research potential
and more advanced candidates should have excellent publication records in relevant leading journals. All applicants are expected to possess excellent
teaching skills. Although candidates can be from any research area within
marketing (quantitative, behavioral, managerial), preference will be given
to candidates with the ability to teach marketing research or data
analytics related courses.
