Ave Maria University invites broadly trained applicants for a full-time faculty position in the Business Department beginning July 1, 2022. Competitive candidates will have significant applied professional experience in business and marketing with a PhD or DBA in Business, Marketing or related fields. (Highly qualified ABD candidates will be considered.) Further qualifications include teaching experience, a program of research, and a commitment to the University’s mission to educate the whole person in light of the Catholic liberal arts tradition as expressed in the document Ex Corde Ecclesiae.

The primary duties of the successful applicant will be teaching courses in marketing, marketing research and introductory business in both the undergraduate business and on-line MBA programs. Further duties include research and institutional service. Applicants must be flexible and willing to teach both in-person and on-line, undergraduate and graduate students. The University seeks applicants willing to actively engage with students and contribute to building a collaborative departmental team culture.
