Job Description & Qualification

We are looking to appoint a new faculty member to join our Marketing department, based and teaching on our UK Campus situated in Northwest London. The appointment can be made at Associate or Full Professor level, depending on experience and publications, and will be effective as early as Spring 2022.

Candidates seeking appointment at the Associate Professor level must have experience at a comparable institution, an established track record of publications in the top tier of international peer-reviewed journals, as well as outstanding teaching evaluations and a clear citizenship record.  They will be expected to contribute to programme management on the London Campus.  Previous programme management experience is desirable.  Full Professor appointment will be considered for candidates with a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience at a comparable institution and with a considerable research, teaching, leadership and citizenship record.

The successful candidate will join a high achieving team of Marketing scholars across our campuses, and contribute to the ongoing success of our London-based Creativity Marketing pole of excellence, including our MSc in Marketing and Creativity (ranked no. 5 worldwide by QS), our Master in Management specialization in Creativity Marketing and courses on our Executive MBA and full time MBA.  We would welcome candidates whose work combines academic excellence with strong expertise in innovative managerial practices, particularly in creativity, data, tech and digital domains, whether in the B2C or the B2B sectors.

Salary for Associate Professor level is in the range of £56,902.44 to £64,562.38, and a competitive salary will apply for the Full Professor role. In addition, research bonuses are applicable for publications in selected peer-reviewed journals.
