Quincy University, a Catholic liberal arts institution in the Franciscan tradition, invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Marketing position in the Oakley School of Business.

Responsibilities: The primary teaching area is in the field of marketing at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Topics currently taught at the undergraduate level include principles of marketing, advertising, integrated marketing, consumer market behavior, market research, and marketing analytics. Topics at the graduate level include product strategies, customer relationship management, and outbound logistics. Service to the university, profession, and the community is expected. Academic advising and university service are expected after the first year.

Required Qualifications: Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Marketing. ABD status may be considered as long as all degree requirements are successfully completed within one year of appointment. 

Preferred Qualifications: Professional work experience in marketing or management; at least two years of demonstrated success in teaching at the university level. An MBA would be an asset.

Position Start Date: August 15, 2022.
