Position InformationThis tenure-track position carries responsibilities in the areas of teaching (a typical teaching load is three courses per semester), scholarship, and service. The ideal candidate is one who can balance excellent  teaching with research productivity and contributions to service. Teaching assignments are based upon qualifications of the individual and the needs of the department.
Minimum Education and ExperienceThe minimum education requirement for appointment to this position is a Ph.D. in Marketing or related areas.  Candidates nearing completion of the doctorate degree may be considered; however, all requirements for conferral of the degree must be met no later than August 16, 2022. Candidates must demonstrate potential for, or evidence of, effective teaching at the university level. Candidates must also demonstrate a potential for, or evidence of, research and publication in refereed journals relevant to the Marketing  area.

Recruitment PreferencesA Ph.D. from an AACSB accredited University is desirable. In addition, relevant business experience is preferred. The department is especially interested in candidates with teaching skills and research interests in Personal Selling, Sales Management, CRM, Strategic Marketing Management or Marketing Research.
