The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Commerce in the Marketing Area, beginning August 2022. 

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. and have at least 2 years of previous teaching experience. Candidates must have growth potential to publish in the field’s top marketing journals (e.g., Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Research, Marketing Science), as well as perform at a high level in the classroom and the interest to make internal service contributions.  The Marketing Area welcomes applicants of any specialty, however, candidates with a strong background in teaching global/international marketing courses and/or data science/analytics-based courses are especially encouraged to apply.  We are committed to a policy of equal opportunity for all persons and welcome diversity in all forms.
