Position Highlights | The Department of Marketing (MKTG) is seeking applicants for a full-time Lecturer position. The selected applicant will be expected to teach Undergraduate MKTG courses, and engage in student experience enrichment, by serving as the Eller AMA Student Club Advisor.The Department of Marketing is one of six academic units in the Eller College of Management offering undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs. It is internationally recognized for pioneering research, innovative curriculum, and distinguished faculty. Duties & Responsibilities | Teach the equivalent of six (6) Marketing (MKTG) courses per academic year. MKTG 361: Introduction to Marketing courses are part of the foundational core curriculum and class enrollments are large.Participate in service responsibilities at the department, college and/or university level.Mentor individual students and/or student teams, including those from underrepresented backgrounds.Demonstrated ability and commitment to work with diverse students and colleagues.Additional duties may be assigned. |
Minimum Qualifications | Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, related field, and 10 or more years of professional experience in marketing.Experience teaching diverse audiences, evidenced by teaching experience, evaluations and/or awards. |
Preferred Qualifications | PhD in Marketing, or related field, prior to the start date. Experience developing and teaching large college classes. |
