The Department of Marketing and International Business in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business (LSB) invites applications for a tenure-track experienced Assistant Professor (having served as an assistant professor for at least 2 years) or Associate Professor position in Marketing starting Fall 2021. We seek candidates who are effective teachers, scholars, and undergraduate mentors to teach marketing, international business and supply chain classes in the LSB’s undergraduate and MBA and MScM programs. Successful applicants will also possess the ability to teach in the secondary areas of Principles of Marketing, senior level marketing classes, and Elon’s COR curriculum. We will show preference to candidates who possess an earned doctorate from an AACSB-accredited university at the time of employment. In addition, we will show preference to candidates who have prior experience as an Assistant or Associate Professor at an AACSB-accredited university and who possess previous industry experience. Candidates should be able to offer evidence of an established research record along with the potential to publish in high-quality refereed journals. To support our teacher/scholar mission, we provide extensive teaching and research development programs, including pre-tenure sabbatical, summer and academic year research grants, course reassign times, and teaching workshops.
