The Kellogg School of Management Board Fellows Program is seeking applicants for two Postdoctoral Fellowships. The primary criterion for acceptance is research excellence relevant to social impact, broadly defined. The term of the fellowship is for two years and begins in August or September of 2021.

Prerequisites
Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in a social science discipline (e.g., marketing, organizational behavior, sociology, psychology, economics) or in a related discipline that can inform the social sciences (e.g., a "big data" discipline) prior to the beginning of the fellowship.

Position Details
The Postdoctoral Fellows Program is under the direction of Angela Lee. The fellows will conduct original research related to social impact with one or more faculty members at Kellogg. The fellows are expected to be actively involved in Kellogg's intellectual communities by participating in colloquia, workshops and research seminars. The fellows will also serve as a think tank to support student projects in the Kellogg Board Fellows Program. Kellogg Board Fellows is a rigorous, 20-month program that connects 100 top Kellogg students to Chicago-area nonprofits for a distinct opportunity in board service.
