Brevard College seeks an enthusiastic teacher to join a growing Business and Organizational Leadership Program in a tenure-track position as Assistant Professor of Business & Organizational Leadership. We seek a generalist with a DBA or PhD in business, and expertise in marketing and management or leadership and sustainability.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in teaching and have experiential teaching skills, specifically teaching courses at all levels of the undergraduate curriculum, including business courses in General Education. Teaching responsibilities will include introductory business courses; courses in marketing, management and leadership, and ethics; and the capstone seminar. The standard teaching load is 12 credit hours/semester, and all faculty members actively contribute to program assessment, serve on committees, advise students, and participate in professional development and service to the College.

Brevard College, founded in 1853, is a residential liberal arts college. Situated in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Brevard College is located 33 miles southwest of Asheville, North Carolina.
