Position Summary
The Marketing Department at the Broad College of Business, Michigan State University, seeks applications for an assistant, associate or full professor to begin fall 2025.
We encourage applications from excellent candidates in all research areas, particularly those eager to help us advance the School’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives and programs. Candidates at the assistant, associate or full professor levels must have a Ph.D. in marketing or related areas and have a record of high-quality, top-tier publications and demonstrated teaching excellence. Applicants must show continued research productivity and achievement of scholarly prominence and be willing to work with doctoral students and other faculty members. All applicants should demonstrate ability as a classroom instructor through summarized peer and/or student evaluations and/or explicit commentary in letters of recommendation. The department’s Ph.D., M.S., M.B.A., and B.A. programs are highly regarded (see https://broad.msu.edu/marketing/). We especially seek scholars with expertise in empirical modeling and/or marketing strategy who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of our current faculty.
