Researcher position in marketing/psychology/communication science
AdCogito Institute for Advanced Behavioral Research is looking for candidates for the Researcher position as part of the EU-funded Horizon Europe Research and Innovation project TealHelix that will develop a number of new labeling approaches and behavioral interventions to guide and improve sustainable consumer decision-making in the domain of food (see https://research.kuleuven.be/portal/en/project/3H230554).
The project involves eight leading European universities and will be coordinated by KU Leuven (Belgium). For four years, you will work in a new academic environment in joint teams with Prof. Siegfried Dewitte, Prof. Bob Fennis, and Prof. Justina Barsyte, among others.
AdCogito Institute for Advanced Behavioral Research, being a leading partner institution at TealHelix, is looking for candidates for the Researcher position. Your research will focus on how (un)conscious processes influence information expectations and needs linked to sustainable food decision-making and on developing novel, social influence based interventions to guide consumer decision-making.
Researcher Position
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; distant job appointment is possible
FTE: 50-60 %. Salary starting from 30 000 EUR/year
Requirements
We seek applications from candidates who fulfill the following requirements
  • Doctoral degree in psychology, marketing, communication science or related disciplines.
  • Research interest in the areas of (un)conscious processes, social influence and persuasion, sustainable decision-making, consumer health, and well-being.
  • High-level research publications in marketing, consumer behavior, communication science, or psychology (AJG/ CA JCR Q1 ranked, at least three publications).
  • Experience supervising doctoral or master students.
  • Proven experience working with experimental research methods.
  • Project management skills (preferably experience working on EU-funded projects).
  • Presentation skills.
  • Relational skills.
