The Department of Marketing in the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor.

Research and teaching interest/emphasis in Consumer Behavior is required. Candidates must possess an earned PhD. All candidates are expected to be committed to teaching and research of the highest quality. In addition to publishing in leading marketing journals, the successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses, participate in all aspects of the department’s activities, and serve the profession.

The Mays Business School and our department offer an excellent research environment, with a collegial culture, productive faculty, a state-of-the-art behavioral research lab, access to key databases, a teaching load of three courses per year (which continues after tenure for highly productive faculty), and relationships with world-class research faculty in related disciplines. Housed within the Department is the Center for Retailing Studies and the Reynolds and Reynolds Sales Leadership Institute; exciting opportunities exist for collaboration with member companies.
