Carthage College invites applications for multiple business faculty appointments to help develop our planned School of Business. All business fields related to Management and Marketing will be considered. Ideal candidates will hold an appropriate doctorate but well-qualified candidates with a master’s degree from an AACSB-accredited program and significant practical experience are also encouraged to apply. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. All ranks will be considered for full-time tenured, tenure-track or multi-year contractual appointments beginning in August 2021. Rank and salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will be a teacher-scholar who will: (a) teach undergraduate and/or graduate business courses in one or more areas; (b) serve as an academic advisor; (c) participate in service activities for the college, industry, and/or the community; and (e) maintain an active scholarly agenda.

The faculty of the College is strongly committed to the liberal arts tradition and interdisciplinary work. The candidate will join the faculty of the A. W. Clausen Center for World Business (http://www.carthage.edu/clausen/) working with colleagues from across the College.
