FT TENURE TRACK POSITION IN BUSINESS, MARKETING OR MANAGEMENT

The School of Business at Molloy College invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position in the area of Business Management or Marketing. Successful candidates will possess an earned doctorate from an accredited institution. ABD will be considered. The candidate must have a demonstrated record of teaching and must be able to teach at both the undergraduate and graduate level and have day, evening, and weekend availability. Teaching methods will include traditional, hybrid, and online. Evidence of outstanding teaching ability coupled with strong communication skills, must be demonstrated. Professional experience is highly regarded. 

Publications or presentations in field is preferred. Successful applicants will be expected to teach 12 credits per academic semester, assess and improve curricula, advise students, act as a club or business competition advisor, engage in meaningful scholarly research, participate in nonacademic college activities, and attend school and college-wide faculty meetings and other related activities as required by the Dean of the School of Business. 

The full-time position includes the option to participate in the Molloy College health, dental, and vision plans, as well as the option to participate in the retirement annuity and supplemental annuity plans.
