The Department of Management and Marketing at Perdue School of Business is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Marketing (Associate will be considered). This is a full time, tenure-track position expected to begin in August 2021.
Area of Specialization: CRM/ Marketing Research/ Digital Marketing.
Primary Job Duties: Teach marketing courses at the undergraduate and possibly graduate level as per the needs of the department while maintaining an active research agenda. Utilize effective teaching and classroom management strategies that enhance the success of diverse learners. The normal teaching load is 9 hours per semester.Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree or ABD in Marketing or a related discipline. If ABD, the candidate would be hired at the rank of Instructor with the requirement that the doctoral degree be completed within one year of hire date.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree from an AACSB accredited university. Capable of meeting AACSB Scholarly Academic/Academically Qualified (SA/AQ) as per the current definitions of the Perdue School of Business.
- Demonstrated ability to publish in peer reviewed marketing journals.
- Experience in teaching CRM/ Marketing research/ Digital Marketing.
- Preference would also be given to candidates who can demonstrate excellence in teaching multiple courses from the above list.
