FACULTY POSITION IN MARKETING

The Sprott School of Business invites applications for a tenure-track position in Marketing (Assistant/Associate/Full) effective July 1, 2021.
The successful candidate will deliver undergraduate and graduate courses to a culturally diverse student body, supervise graduate students, maintain an active research program, and participate actively in the ongoing development of our academic programs in a highly collegial
environment.

The successful candidate will be expected to complete their Ph.D., or equivalent, in Business/Management with a focus on Marketing (or related discipline), prior to the start date of July 2021. Candidates should demonstrate stro ng, emerging research potential (Assistant Professor) or have a record of research publications and productivity (Associate/Full Professor) consistent with AACSB guidelines for a doctoral-granting business school and demonstrating innovation and impact. Excellence in teaching, demonstrated by student feedback and/or a strong teaching philosophy, commitment to the values of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion as it pertains to teaching, service, research and all scholarly activities and
the potential to contribute to the life and ambitions of the Sprott School of Business through active collaboration and collegial service will be required. While applicants in all areas of Marketing may be considered, candidates with a research interest in product development, sales, retailing, pricing or marketing channels, with supporting evidence of those interests, are
preferred.
