Johns Hopkins Carey Business School invites applications for two practice-track (non-tenure track) faculty positions in the discipline of Marketing to start in August 2023. We are interested in candidates with a passion for teaching and a strong record in the classroom, delivering high-quality business education to graduate students.
The Marketing faculty at the Carey School consists of both tenure-track and practice track faculty, with varied interests across all areas of theoretical, behavioral, and empirical marketing, as well as practitioner-oriented engagement.
Responsibilities: Teaching foundational and advanced courses in Marketing at the MBA/MS level. One position has a focus on teaching behavioral Marketing courses, while the second position focuses on teaching general Marketing and Marketing analytics courses. Although this is primarily a teaching position, practice track faculty are also expected to engage by connecting students to industry and practice. We also value contributions to practice-oriented research.Qualifications

Depending on the level of academic and/or professional experience of the successful candidate, the appointment will be made at the Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Assistant Professor of Practice, or Associate Professor of Practice level. Under exceptional circumstances, appointments will be considered at the Full Professor of Practice level.Application Instructions
