FACULTY VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

The Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, City University of New York is seeking applications for a tenure track faculty position in Marketing in the Allen G. Aaronson Department of Marketing and International Business, starting Fall 2023. We are interested in candidates whose research focuses on bringing analytical/empirical modeling perspectives to managerially relevant research questions, and are interested in teaching in one or more of the following areas: marketing analytics, marketing strategy, digital marketing, advertising and marketing communications. Tenure-track faculty members are expected to engage in (a) high quality research for publication in top journals; (b) teaching and guidance duties in area(s) of expertise; and (c) service activities and department assignments.

The largest accredited collegiate school of business in the United States, Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business has earned a national and international reputation for excellence. It offers nationally ranked undergraduate, part-time and full-time MBAprograms, specialized masters degrees, and doctoral programs. The Allen G. Aaronson Department of Marketing and International Business offers undergraduate and graduate majors and minors in Marketing and International Business, with specialized tracks in Marketing, International Business, Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Advertising, and a PhD in Marketing. It also provides courses for an MS in Business Analytics and the MBA program. QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must either have or expect completion of a Ph.D. in Marketing or related fields. We are particularly interested in candidates whose research focuses on bringing analytical/empirical modeling perspectives to managerially relevant research questions. Applicants should be able to develop and teach courses in one or moreofthe following areas:marketinganalytics,marketing strategy,digital marketing,advertisingandmarketingcommunications.
