The Department of Marketing in the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas, in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, invites applications for two tenure-track positions at the Assistant Professor level. Candidates should demonstrate potential for strong research, excellence in teaching, and desire to engage in culturally responsive service activities that demonstrate their commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. The positions begin Fall 2023.

The Opus College of Business is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International. The college offers undergraduate, part-time, and specialized MBA, specialized Masters, and graduate certificate programs.

Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• A Ph.D. or alternatively, ABD with a close completion date, in marketing or a related field.
• Ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in marketing.
• Demonstrated ability and commitment to excellence in teaching.
• A strong research agenda with potential to publish high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals.

ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES:
• Demonstrated commitment to providing leadership (in teaching, research, and/or service) toward building an equitable and diverse scholarly environment.
•  Teaching and research interests that complement department and college needs and priorities, including but not limited to marketing analytics and/or digital marketing.
