ESMT Berlin invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Marketing. Candidates in all areas of marketing, including quantitative and behavioral, are encouraged to apply.

A doctoral degree in Marketing or a related field is required prior to joining, but those with “all but dissertation” status will be considered at the application/interviewing stages. Early career candidates are also welcome to apply. Candidates should demonstrate the potential for research excellence, including publications in top tier academic journals, as well as the potential for teaching excellence. The position offers teaching opportunities in Master’s in Management, MBA, PhD, and executive education programs.

Requirements

Application materials should include a cover letter, an up-to-date detailed résumé, a research statement describing present and future research plans, a teaching statement (with teaching scores, if applicable), copies of selected recent publications, and the names and contacts of three academic references.
