Job description

The Department of Marketing at Beihang University in Beijing, China invites talented candidates to apply for our full-time tenure-track positions at all rank of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Full Professor, beginning from August, 2022. 

Applicants with a strong background in quantitative marketing are preferred, however, those with excellent research record in consumer behavior are also encouraged to apply. 

Applicants to the Full Professor position are expected to have a strong publication record in premier marketing/business journals (UTD 24 Journals), and have a Ph.D. in related disciplines. Also, ideal candidates should apply for the OverseasTalents Grant Program with Beihang as the affiliated university and be awarded the grant successfully. Teaching requirement is light. The compensation package consists of two sources, the university and the school, including salary, relocation allowance, travel fund, children’s education, medical insurance, rental housing accommodation (in Changping District), and is globally competitive. The university also supports high-quality research with abundant research grants. The positions will remain open till filled.

Beihang University is located in Beijing, the capital city of China, and is designated as an eminent key university by China’s Ministry of Education Class A. It was one of China’s key universities subsidized by “Project 985” funding and by “Project 211” funding.
