Assistant Professor of Business – Marketing 

Albright College is seeking applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position to begin in August of 2022. The successful candidate should be academically or professionally qualified, in accordance with ACBSP standards, to teach the following courses: marketing management, international marketing, digital marketing, a senior-level seminar in marketing capstone experience. The teaching load consists of six courses per academic year (3 Fall/3 Spring). Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. 

Qualifications: 

A PhD or DBA in Marketing is preferred, but related fields will be considered. ABD is acceptable if candidate can provide evidence of being less than one year from degree completion at time of hire. Candidates with a Master’s Degree and significant professional experience in Global Business / Marketing will be considered at the Instructor level (non-tenure track). Demonstrated excellence in teaching, evidence of scholarly production or potential, and commitment to institutional service and student advising are essential. Full participation in the broader activities of the Business, Accounting & Economics Department and the College is expected. Successful candidates will have experience that indicates a sensitivity to and an understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of college students, including those with physical and learning disabilities.
