Ideal candidates must hold a PhD (or equivalent degree) in related fields with at least three-year full-time work experience at business schools and have a demonstrated capacity for high-calibre research and teaching excellence. Preference will be given to teaching award winners and those who have relevant teaching experience with MBA and executive students.

Moreover, the school offers generous research funding, teaching load reduction/bonus for high-calibre research outcomes, and a reduced teaching load for the first three years.

To apply, please send your cover letter, curriculum vitae, evidence of teaching effectiveness (past teaching evaluations and course information like syllabus), samples of published or working papers, and ask three referees to send their letters of recommendation to Ms. Daisy LI in our Dean’s Office at ldaisy@ceibs.edu by June 30, 2021. All applications will be kept confidential and the positions will start at a mutually agreed time.
