JOB DESCRIPTION

The Department of Marketing of the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business in Gainesville, FL is seeking an Assistant Professor to teach and conduct problem-focused research in Marketing and provide service to the College and University.  This position is tenure accruing with the start date of Fall 2022.  We encourage potential candidates to access the department web site at https://warrington.ufl.edu/ to obtain more information about the department.  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Position requires a Ph.D. in Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Business Administration or related field by August 2022 and must have demonstrated research and teaching in the area.  

INSTRUCTIONS

Our department currently offers undergraduate, masters and Ph.D. programs in Marketing. Applicants should upload their application, a cover letter with a curriculum vitae, three letters of recommendation, unofficial transcripts, recent publications and working papers, if available, and teaching evaluations (if available).  Complete applications will be given further consideration. 

Finalist candidates will be required to provide an official transcript to the hiring department upon hire.  A transcript will not be considered “official” if a designation of “Issued to Student” is visible.  Degrees earned from an educational institution outside of the United States are required to be evaluated by a professional credentialing service provider approved by National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES), which can be found at http://www.naces.org/.
