Assistant Teaching Professor/Assistant Lecturer

Job Summary:
Assistant Teaching Professor/Assistant Lecturer (non tenure-track) position starting for the Fall semester 2023. This position will provide quality teaching primarily in Digital Marketing at the undergraduate level, advise students, and provide service to the profession and university.

The Department of Marketing is in the Farmer School of Business, and currently has approximately 350 graduates per year, consists of 18 tenured/tenure-track faculty, four assistant teaching professors, three lecturers, and five visiting instructors. The department values high quality teaching and research. Information on the Farmer School of Business and its numerous initiatives can be found at http://miamioh.edu/fsb/. The Farmer School ranks in the top 10 for undergraduate business education.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required: Doctorate in Marketing or closely related field by date of appointment for rank of Assistant Teaching Professor. Master’s degree in Marketing or closely related field by date of appointment for rank of Assistant Lecturer.

Desired Qualifications:
Consideration may be given to candidates with demonstrated quality collegiate teaching experience, and experience teaching digital marketing content.
