Postdoctoral Associate in Marketing – Department of Business Administration, University of Illinois, UrbanaChampaign

The Department of Business Administration (BADM) at the Gies College of Business, University of Illinois, Urbana‐Champaign has an opening for a postdoctoral associate position designed to assist faculty in the department to conduct world‐class research on quantitative marketing.

The postdoctoral position is a one‐year appointment, contingent on funding, expected to begin in August 2023. Renewal for a second year may occur depending on available funding and performance at or above expectations. Successful candidates will have completed a Ph.D. in marketing or related business fields (e.g., Information Systems, Operations Management) before beginning the position. We also welcome candidates from other fields who intend to move to quantitative marketing, and such fields may include but are not limited to Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering. The selected postdoctoral associate will work with Gies marketing faculty on research projects, advance their own research initiatives, supervise research assistants, and teach in the Gies College of Business.
