Tenure Track Assistant/Associate Professor, Marketing

Job Description Summary

The Department of Marketing at Bentley University is accepting applications for a tenure-track position in Marketing with a Fall 2023 start date. The rank of the appointment is open to assistant and associate professors. Salary is competitive.

Preference will be given to those candidates who have chosen digital marketing, marketing analytics, social media analytics, or omni-channel marketing as their primary research focus. Individuals conducting research in the contexts of data, technology, healthcare, and entrepreneurship are especially welcome; however, we encourage anyone interested in the position to apply.

Members of the Marketing department are committed to producing high-quality research and currently serve as editors or sit on the editorial boards of many well-regarded journals.  Collaboration is the key to research and scholarly activity in our department.  We have published in top academic journals such as Journal of Consumer Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Marketing Education Review, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Advertising, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Product and Brand Management, Journal of Service Research, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Retailing, and Journal of Marketing.

Minimum Qualifications: 

Candidates must have completed or are close to completing a doctoral degree (i.e., defended dissertation proposal) in Marketing or a related field.
