Job Description
The Department of Management and Marketing at The University of Tulsa invites qualified individuals to apply for a tenure-track position in marketing at the rank of assistant or associate professor. Preference will be given to applicants with research and teaching interest in digital and social media marketing, marketing analytics and research, and quantitative methods. The ideal candidate will have a productive research agenda and target and publish in the leading marketing journals as well as engage in professional and service activities. A Ph.D. in marketing or equivalent from an AACSB-accredited program is required, but we will also consider ABDs who are close to completion. We offer a generous startup package, including initial research funds and reduced teaching/time-off. Applicants with an established record of quality teaching and research will be given priority.
The Collins College of Business (CCB) is accredited by AACSB International, which maintains the highest standards for business schools in the world and has been named one of the top undergraduate business schools by Bloomberg Businessweek and The Princeton Review. Home to approximately 600 undergraduate business students and 200 graduate business students, the College has four academic units and approximately 35 full-time business faculty positions. Degree offerings include Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Accounting (MAcc), online Master of Energy Business (MEB), and a BS in Business Administration (BSBA). We maintain a number of productive exchange and research partnerships with universities abroad and enjoy excellent relationships with businesses and not-for-profit organizations in the Tulsa metropolitan area and nationally.
