The School of Business in the East China University of Science & Technology (ECUST) invites applications for tenure-track positions in Marketing / Strategy / International Business / Organizational Behavior / Human Resource Management  at assistant, associate, or full professor level beginning in Fall semester 2020 (September), Spring semester 2021 (March), or Fall semester 2021 (September).

Appointees are expected to perform high-quality research/scholarly activities and lectures in English or Chinese at the graduate and undergraduate levels. We offer competitive packages that include research funds and housing subsidies. Salary will be within the range of RMB 300,000 – RMB 500,000 per annum depending on skills and experience. The appointment will be initially on a three-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal or on tenure for qualified candidates.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a doctorate degree in a relevant discipline(s) at the time of application or are expected to earn a doctorate degree by the anticipated starting date.The normal teaching load per year is three courses (or 120 teaching hours, one teaching hour equals to 45 minutes), including courses at the undergraduate, master’s (including professional master’s), and/or Ph.D. levels. Among them, at least one is taught in English.
